I later on had the idea of compiling the clips together and making a vlog out of it. And here it is.... 🤩

P.S - It was my first inter state trip after the pandemic, and I was damn excited about it!! Still Nostalgic 🍁

Lights, Camera, Pack-up 2021

Phew!! Today is the last day of 2021 and I still can't believe that it has changed a lot of things and it passed too soon too. (:( ❤

As everyone's else, the Year 2021 has changed me and my life a lott, and now when I look back and see what it was like, it feels as if I as the girl who entered 2021 and the girl who is exiting 2021 are very much different and evolved at their own level. ( If this doesn't makes sense to you, please don't mind ) Emotionally, I have evolved much this year. I had never thought that I would be so much active Spiritually also in my life. Mentally, still evolving. Academically, gave my boards this year. Professionally saying, my photography is getting better and better and it's evident too and off course, how can I forget this blog and you people's support ;) It's one of the best things that happened to me this year. ❤

This is the first time I am soo much grateful for the year and all the things that happened. Summarising it all up, it was a bitter sweet adventure that gave me many experiences, lessons, memories, gifts and which was full of Miracles and UNEXPECTED surprises. ✨

Moral of the year : God is ALWAYS by your side, just trust him completely and do your best. And and and, DON'T get attached to the results. Love the journey with it's ups and downs. ( Which is somehow connected with this Bhagvadgita quote : )

कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन ।

मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भुर्मा ते संगोऽस्त्वकर्मणि ॥

So not diving much into the memories, Here I am presenting some best but  unseen pictures clicked by me this year and yes, I have many more to come too. Here, Ending 2021 on a healthy and happy note! ❤

Thank You from the bottom of my heart  to the Supreme and all of you out there for your amazing support and heart warming messages. ❤

May every moment of this year would be unique, filled with pure pleasure and each day comes out like exactly what you want…Happy New Year. 🎊

Cheers to 2021 🥂

and off course, She also joined us this year ❤

Festive Wrap-up 2021 | Something new

Many of you would be thinking that why wasn't I blogging for a month. As my boards were approaching and going on later, I was not blogging but yeah never left photography ;)❤ So here I am back with my new blog.

As I entered the field of photography, it was my dream to do light painting photography or to simply capture Light trails. And what's the best time to do it other than Diwali in our country. 🎆 So I saw some tutorials on YouTube and I didn't believed that these could be captured in mobile cameras too and I opted for my Camera. But, the results were really over exposed  (T_T ) (bcoz i need more time to make my relations better with my camera XD ). So at last, I simply opted for my mobile camera and here are the results.... I too was shocked for a moment that how come I have captured soo good light trails ( as I thought that it was too difficult for me). Now I have understood that it is only a game of shutter-speed and exposure.

NOTE : 1. Here, I am NOT promoting fire crackers or pollution. I have just shown how beautifully they can be captured as light trails.

2. This one maybe too long to swipe but as said earlier this time, I have tried something new, So it's worth your time.

 Enjoy :)

( Blur but beautiful ❤)

Sharad Purnima | Significance | Full moon

A very happy Sharad Purnima to you and your family!!

Sharad Poornima is also known as  Kojaagari Poornima or Kumar Poornima. It is celebrated on the full moon day of the Hindu lunar month of Ashvin. The brightness of the full moon brings special joy. It is believed that on this day, the Moon through its rays showers amrit or elixir of life on earth. It is also referred to as Rasa Poornima, or Sharath Poornima.

The “Sharad” in Sharad Poornima signifies the “Sharad ritu” (season) of the year. Basically a harvest festival, it also has religious significance. It is believed that on this night Goddess Lakshmi visits from place to place asking Kojagari (meaning “Who is awake”) and bless those who are found awake. Therefore, people don’t sleep this night and spend whole night singing, dancing and remembering god. Another belief is that Goddess Lakshmi was born on Sharad Poornima.

[ P.S - These were the first shots taken from manual mood of my camera and it was really a divine and a dream come true experience for me :) ]

As per Hindu mythology, it is believed that the Maha-Raas (form of dance) of Radha Krishna along with their gopis takes place on the night of Sharad Purnima, which is why Sharad Purnima Puja is also known as Raas Purnima.

It has got some medical significance too. It is considered that the Moon and the Earth are at a closer distance on Sharad Poornima night. Due to this, the rays of the moon have several curative properties. Keeping food under the moonlight nourishes both the body and the soul.  That is why, Kheer is prepared at kept under moonlight for the whole night and eaten in morning, on the next day.

Along with this, it has got some spiritual significance too, not only the Sharad purnimaor this full moon but all the full moons.

The full moon’s spiritual meaning illuminates a time of heightened emotions and potent creativity.

When the moon is fully illuminated by the sun’s rays, the view from Earth is that of a complete orb, seemingly emitting its own light. Time spent under this reflected light of the full moon has the power to be transformational, intense, and inspiring. It can also add intensity to whatever emotions are living in you, so it’s helpful to be intentional about what you are focusing on

The full moon offers an opportunity to sit in the fullness of your life. It is a time to feel deep gratitude for the many blessings you have and experience. It is also a powerful time to recommit yourself to the projects and relationships that mean the most to you. Let the light of the full moon illuminate what is working for you and amplify those areas by being intentional about the ways you will move forward in your life. The practice of gratitude is both simple and profound, and the energy of a full moon can create a heightened experience of bliss as you bask in all of the goodness that surrounds you.

There is a profound and spiritual connection between the full moon, the tides, and our emotions. The full moon is often experienced as a time of deep emotional intensity. Just as the full moon pulls on the tides and creates more dramatic tidal changes between highs and lows, some people ( including me :( ) experience the same in their emotional lives. Bringing awareness to the lunar cycle and preparing yourself through meditation and scheduling  can go a long way in avoiding the emotional roller coaster that some people experience with this phase. Offer yourself a healthy dose of compassion and some extra self-care during this time of the lunar cycle.
